KPF Architects : Shanghai Colussus

A competition entry for KPF Architects for a master plan of a mixed-use development including podium retail, office, hotel, and residential towers. The project developed from a desire to create meaningful public space in a large-scale, urban format and sought inspiration from the urban design of New York’s Rockefeller Center.
